Homeopathy is a science that studies the human body as a whole and correctly applies the law of similarity to stimulate the persons vital energy. The father of homeopathy is a German doctor, Samuel Hahnemann, who experimentally discovered the law of similarity 220 years ago, adopting quinine in a healthy state and having received the same attacks of fever that occur in malaria, he explained the effect of quinine on how this is treated similarly. The purpose and objective of this work is to prove experimentally that homeopathy acts at the cellular level and cures the body according to the law of similarity, with the help of the experiment we study the effect of different dilutions and potencies on the body, we identify the effect of high potencies, in which there is no matter. With the help of morphological studies, we are trying to bring homeopathy to the level of evidence-based medicine, which is very important for the further development of homeopathy in the world. As an experimental model, we took a model of cystic mastopathy in rats, which was called synestrol – an estrogen analogue, we took veroshpiron as a similar drug, which normally expands the ducts of the mammary glands, and in cystic mastopathy causes the opposite effect – complete regression of cysts, which proves his similar action. From the material doses of veroshpiron, homeopathic veroshpiron was made in potencies c6, c12, c30, c200, which we gave to rats orally according to the schemes proposed by professor homeopath D. Vithoulkas.

In addition to homeopathic dilutions of veroshpiron, we study the effect of conium, bellis perinis and calcarea carbonica on the mammary glands of rats with cystic mastopathy in the experiment, compare the experimental groups with normal control, control of cystic mastopathy and placebo-controlled groups, separately compare with tamoxifen, a drug that often used in mammology in the treatment of mammary glands. Research methods – descriptive morphology, morphometry, epithelium karyometry, and statistical processing of the data obtained. We studied the mammary glands in 330 white mongrel virgin female rats, which were conventionally divided into experimental and control groups: groups of experience that received homeopathic veroshpiron in different potencies for cystic mastopathy, control of cystic mastopathy after its receipt and control of cystic mastopathy a month after receiving , the control of the norm is an intact group, a separate experimental group, which, in case of cystic mastopathy, received a placebo – empty granules, an intact group, which received low potentials of veroshpiron it within a month under normal conditions. Experiment groups that received conium, calcarea carbonica, bellis perinis after receiving a model of cystic mastopathy, animals received each preparation separately, no drugs were administered together, the drugs were given strictly in bidistilled water for a month after receiving a model of cystic mastopathy.

Results of the study:

1 – Veroshpiron in homeopathic dilutions exerts its influence on the mammary glands in cystic mastopathy, the higher the dilution, the better the therapeutic effect (c200 of veroshpiron caused a complete regression of cysts in all groups of experiments)

2 – In many cases, the degree of cyst regression compared with the control reached a high level.

3 – In single observations, especially under the action of low potencies of C6, the regression is incomplete, but under the action of Veroshpiron, the epithelium is restored to normal

4 – According to morphometry data, homeopathic veroshpiron in most cases causes caused regression of cysts, the higher the dilution, the more intense the therapeutic effect, the better the potency of C200 acted – a complete regression of cysts in all cases

5 – According to the mechanism of action, veroshpiron is a similar organotropic drug in the synestrolic model of cystic mastopathy, veroshpiron can be further studied and used in treating women for cystic mastopathy, especially if there is a history of using hormones during pregnancy, childbirth, with the purpose of contraception, currently we continue to study veroshpiron in the clinic for the treatment of cystic mastopathy, we have some observations that homeopathic veroshpiron improves the picture of cystic mastopathy in women reproductive age.

6 – conium, bellis perinis and calcarea carbonica affect rat mammary glands, conium affects cystic dilated ducts and in some cases have a pronounced regressive effect and this effect is similar to the effect of veroshpiron on the mammary glands, bellis perinis and calcarea carbonica affect the stroma the mammary glands, the lymphatic vessels, expanding them and this action can be compared with the mammotropic action on the mammary glands, which allows us to continue further experiments to clarify the effects of these drugs on the body.

7 – conium, bellis perinis, calcarea carbonica – these are drugs that are successfully used according to the law of similarity in treating patients with classical homeopathy, homeopaths are able to cure even precancerous processes in the mammary glands and to some extent to prevent breast cancer in women;

8 – veroshpiron is a potassium-saving diuretic, but in homeopathic doses it can, according to the law of similarity, cure cystic mastopathy in an animal experiment, therefore this drug requires further testing on a healthy body – carrying out the proving of verospyrone on the subjects.

Together with George Vithoulkas, using animal experiments and morphometry, we managed to bring homeopathy to the level of evidence-based medicine, and we proved the law of similarity at the cellular level using homeopathic veroshpiron, conium, calcarea carbonica and bellis peris. At the time when Hahnemann was alive, there was neither modern morphology, nor pathological anatomy, nor the absence of cysts regress under the influence of pathophysiology. And there was no microscopy and placebo for cystic morphometry for a month, so only 220 years after mastopathy was discovered by Hahnemann homeopathy, these unique experiments were carried out on animals. We can confidently declare to the entire scientific world that homeopaths now have reason to assert that high potencies of drugs act on a cell, curing the pathological process completely without a placebo effect. Homeopathy is an experimental science, so homeopathy should not be banned, but studied by scientists, biologists, physicists, physicians, our basic research and the study of pathomorphosis under the influence of homeopathic medicines have confirmed this need, we have proven the scientific fact of homeopathy at the morphological level.
